Objective: By the end of the class, all students will have examined
Current Events that highlight the ideals of the Preamble of the US
Constitution.
Do Now: Watch CNN Student News
1. News/Announcements.
2. I will introduce the the articles and preview the Graphic Organizer that is to be filled out when reading.
3. Students will break up into groups of 2-3 and will be assigned an article.
4. Each student will complete their own graphic organizer.
5. We will review each article in class.
